The Wailea Golf Club takes great pride in offering quality merchandise. We strive to provide the best customer service available. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
If a customer places an order, but provides information that prevents delivery such as an incorrect address, additional shipping and handling fees will be assessed to retrieve the original shipment and re-ship to the correct address. If the shipment is not retrievable, no refund will be provided.
We are not responsible for a customer over-ordering a product. During the checkout process, the customer is provided with the total order prior to the order being submitted. The customer is given the option to remove items or reduce the quantity ordered. We will ship as the customer ordered.
Refunds and returns are at our sole discretion. We may provide a refund for products that are returned unused, with merchandise tags attached, and in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
